We have taken time to ensure that specific frying potatoes are grown on our own farm, and at our suppliers farms, in different areas, depending on the time of year. In order to get the best quality chipping potatoes, careful management of soil and right conditions is required.

During the summer months potatoes are grown in the fields.

Harvesting of the potatoes for chips is from the beginning of July, selling straight off the field up until the autumn.

In the autumn the potatoes are dug for storage, to sell throughout the winter months until June of the following year. Storage of the potatoes is in a temperature controlled environment.
